DO I NEED A YOGA MAT, BLOCK OR STRAP TO ATTEND CLASS?

If you have one bring it! We have Jade mats for rent for just $2, or if you want to purchase a new one, we sell them too! Our blocks and straps are also complimentary and located in the studio!

HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?

We offer lots of options and the best way to see our rates is to head to the Pricing page. The bigger package you buy, the less you are paying per class. If you’re practicing at least than twice a week, check out our monthly membership rate.

CAN BEGINNERS ATTEND CLASS?

Yes! All of our classes are open to all levels and modifications will be given as needed. We do recommend that raw beginners attend Gentle Vinyasa Flow to learn more about form and alignment. But, like we said, you’re welcome to all of our classes, our instructors are very supportive and instructional.

SUNDAY SWEAT IS FREE FLOW, WHAT IS THAT?

FUN, but challenging, we’re not gonna lie. We deviate from our typical style flow for a more liberated practice. Practitioners can expect to a vigorous flow, with asanas and movement to help us strengthen vital areas of the body. But beyond increasing your stability and core strength, we believe these classes help us connect to our center, leaving us feeling more like our creative selves.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?

Consistency is the key to success in yoga. 2-3 days per week will create transformation over time, for life changing results practice 4-5 days per week.

Great question. We teach vinyasa (fancy yoga word for “linking movement with breath”) in a heated 90 degree room. There are lots of styles out there, but we share power yoga because it’s physical, adaptable, and life-changing.

If you're internet savvy head to the App Store or Google Play to download our Yoga Lab app!  If not, no biggie, just bring your cute little self to the studio 15-20 minutes before class.

HOW HOT ARE THE CLASSES?

Our Vinyasa Power classes are heated 90 degrees. Vinyasa Gentle and Yin Yogas are taught at room temperature. The heat will relax your muscles and allow you to take your practice to another level. Sweating is good for you! We sell water and rent towels for $2 each.

WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT FLEXIBLE?

That’s definitely not a requirement. Saying you’re not flexible enough for yoga, is like saying your too dirty for a shower. You go to yoga to GET flexible. If flexibility is a goal of yours, then yoga will definitely help. Ultimately, it’s those who have a flexible mind that experience the greatest shifts. The body is not stiff, the mind is.

I'M INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT MY ALIGNMENT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

We offer private yoga and focused workshops for those looking to deepen their practice. All of our teachers are available before and after class to answer questions. Attending more and more classes will also help you create muscle memory.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Bring your mat, a towel and water. We do have these items to rent for $2 if you forget! All personal items are to be left in cubbies outside the room, including shoes and cellphones.
